Embroidery is $12.05 per unit inc GST on top of the garment at small quantities, dropping to $7.21 per unit at 100 or more. There is a one-off $66.00 inc GST logo digitising fee, waived on a standard left chest from 20 units. The exact GST-inclusive price shows on screen as you build your order.

No — for embroidery and DTF printing you can order from a single item. Screen printing is the one exception: it needs 20+ units, because every colour requires a physical screen to be made and that setup isn't economical on small runs.

No — decoration is the whole point of our business, so every item leaves here printed or embroidered with your logo. If you're after plain garments with no branding, we're not the right fit.

Yes. Every price you see on screen is GST-inclusive, and your invoice matches it to the cent — no surprises at checkout.

Public pricing covers everything up to 249 units. Anything over 250 we price as a wholesale job at the sharpest rate we can do. Build the order as normal and we'll come back with a quote, usually the same business day.

A real person checks your artwork, then sends a digital proof of your logo mocked up on the actual garment — together with your invoice. Nothing goes to production until you sign off, and revisions are unlimited and free.

After you approve your proof — never before. Once you sign off, you pay the invoice (which matches the on-screen price exactly) and your job goes straight into production.

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal, and a high-resolution PNG or JPG at around 300dpi usually works fine too. Send whatever you've got — a real person reviews every file and we tidy things up free where we can.

Yes — every single job, before anything is stitched or printed. If your file has a problem or genuinely needs a redraw, we contact you first rather than printing something low quality.

Most orders dispatch in 10–15 business days after you approve your proof. Everything is decorated in-house in Melbourne, so there are no offshore waits — and if you're up against a deadline, call us.

Yes — free pickup from our workshop at 91 Union Road, Ascot Vale, in Melbourne's inner north-west.

Yes, we ship everywhere in Australia from our Melbourne workshop. Freight is charged at cost rather than hidden in the product price.

We decorate AS Colour, JB's Wear and Winning Spirit garments — national brands whose gear holds up on site, wash after wash. You can browse the full range by brand on our suppliers pages, and every item is sold decorated with your logo.

Your logos are saved in your account, so reordering is: log in, pick your gear, attach a saved logo, done. Your embroidery digitising is already on file from the first order, so there's no setup fee again.

Yes. Once your proof is approved you get a live order tracker showing exactly where your job is, from artwork through to dispatch, plus downloadable proofs and invoices in your account.
