What decoration actually costs
Real, public prices — no “request a quote” games. The decoration price below stacks on top of the garment price you see on each product. DTF and embroidery have no minimum — order from 1. Screen printing starts at 20. Public prices run all the way to 249 units; over 250, we quote every job.
Decoration prices are the same across every garment and stack on top of the garment price. All prices include GST, per unit.
Printing (DTF)
Full-colour digital transfer. No minimum, no setup fee — order a single item. Great for photographic or multi-colour logos.

Stitched logos for a premium, durable finish. No minimum. One-off digitising setup per logo, free on left chest from 20 units.

Screen Printing
Best value for bigger runs of 1–4 colour prints. 20-unit minimum — screens cost money to make, so they only pay off across a run. Under 20? Use DTF.

How our pricing works
You’re paying for decoration, not just a garment. Every item is customised — printed or embroidered with your logo — so the price reflects the garment plus the setup, artwork handling and proofing that go into it. That’s why custom gear costs more than a blank off the shelf.
Why the price breaks exist. Setup costs — burning screens, digitising a logo, prepping artwork — are fixed per job. On a small run they’re shared across only a few units, so the per-unit price is higher. Order more and those fixed costs spread thinner, so 20–49 is cheaper per unit than 5–19, 50–99 cheaper again, and 100–249 sharper still.
Why we quote every job over 250. At high volume the best garment source, decoration method and freight all shift. A custom quote lets us find you a sharper price than any flat online rate — so over 250 units we price it by hand. Request a bulk quote.

Pricing FAQ
- Why does custom gear cost more than a plain garment?
- You're not just buying a blank. The price covers the garment plus decoration — the setup, artwork handling, and proofing that turn it into your branded gear. Every item we sell is decorated; we don't sell blanks.
- Why is the per-unit price cheaper at higher quantities?
- Setup costs — screens, digitising, artwork prep — are fixed per job. Spread across 5 units they cost a lot each; across 50 they're barely anything. That's why 5–19 costs more per unit than 20–49, and so on.
- Do you have a minimum order?
- No minimum on DTF printing and embroidery — order from a single item. Screen printing has a 20-unit minimum because screens only pay off across a run. Under 20, DTF gives the same placements with no minimum and no setup.
- Why do you quote every job over 250 units?
- At 250+ units, garment sourcing, the best decoration method, and freight all vary enough that a custom quote gets you a sharper price than a flat online rate. Send us the job and we'll price it keenly.
- Do trade or wholesale accounts get different pricing?
