Why we don't take your money yet
Everyone has ordered something with their logo on it and had it turn up looking nothing like they imagined. Pixelated logo. Wrong size. Wrong spot. And by then it's paid for and printed.
Custom gear can't be returned, so we do it the other way round. Before we take a cent, a real person in Australia checks your order and shows you exactly what you're going to get. This isn't a sales step. It's there so you end up with something you're happy to wear.
What we check, free, on every order
Low-res, wrong format, stray white background, text that has fallen apart. We fix what can be fixed and tell you if something genuinely needs a redraw, before it costs you anything.
A logo that looks fine on screen can be far too big or too small on a chest or a cap. We size it correctly for the placement you picked.
Fine lines and tiny text stitch badly. Some colours vanish on some fabrics. If your logo and your method don't get along, we say so and suggest what will work.
Right style, right colour, right sizes, and actually in stock at the supplier. If anything is short, you hear about it before we go ahead.
How it runs

No card, no deposit. Just what you want, with your logo attached.
- 2A real person in Australia checks it
The four checks above, done by hand. Not software.
- 3You get a mock-up on the actual garment
Your logo, cleaned up, sized and placed on the exact style and colour you picked, alongside your itemised invoice.
- 4You sign, approve and pay
Happy with how it looks? Sign off and pay the invoice, and it goes straight into production. Want a change first? Say so and we redo the mock-up, as many times as it takes, free.
Why can't I just pay now?
Because it's custom. We want a real person to check your order, make sure the artwork is right and it's going to decorate well, and show you the mock-up so you're happy with it before we take payment. There's no returning a bad print, so we make sure everything is going to work before accepting your money. Once you've signed off, you pay the invoice and it goes into production.
The check and the mock-up are free on every order, any quantity. A full redraw of unusable artwork is the one thing we quote first, and we'll always ask before doing it.
