Send us whatever you have — here's what works best and what happens if your file needs a hand.
What files work

| AI, EPS, PDF, SVG (vector) | Best — scales to any size, prints razor sharp. Ideal for embroidery and print. |
| PNG (transparent, 300dpi) | Great for print. Make sure it’s high resolution on a clean/transparent background. |
| High-res JPG | Usually fine for print. Avoid low-res or screenshots where you can. |
| Screenshot / tiny logo / off a website | We’ll try — but it may need cleaning up or redrawing. We’ll always flag it first. |
How big will my logo print?
Typical physical print/stitch sizes so you know how big your logo lands on the garment. These are standard defaults — tell us if you want it bigger or smaller and we'll set it on your proof before you approve.

Widths are a guide — final size is set on your mock-up, which you approve before anything is printed.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300dpi, on a transparent or clean background) are usually fine too.
A real person checks every logo. We'll do our best with what you send and tidy it up for free where we can.
If your artwork genuinely needs to be recreated from scratch, we'll flag it with you first and quote it before doing anything. We'll never print something low quality.
No. You attach or upload your logo, we send a proof, you approve it, then you pay. Nothing is printed or charged before you sign off.
