How our prices work
Every price on this site includes GST and is per unit. No surprises at the checkout, no “plus GST” in the fine print. Here is exactly what goes into the number you see.
Product prices, decoration prices and the cart total are all GST inclusive. Your invoice shows the GST breakdown for your BAS. If you are comparing us to a supplier who quotes ex GST, add 10% to their figure first.
What your price is made of
We buy from the same wholesalers every decorator uses (AS Colour, JB's Wear, Winning Spirit, Gildan, Legend) and pass that cost on with a small margin. The number on the product page is the garment only, per unit, including GST.
Embroidery, DTF print or screen print, per placement. The decoration price is the same on every garment and stacks on top of the garment price. The full list is on the pricing page.
DTF has no setup. Embroidery has a one-off digitising fee per logo, free on a left chest from 20 units. Screen print has a per-screen cost, which is why it has a 20 unit minimum.
Pickup from Ascot Vale is free. Freight is shown as a guide in the cart and the actual figure is confirmed on your final invoice. If there is a serious difference we will be in touch before you pay.
A real example: JB's Hi-Vis Pull Over Hoodie, 20 units
Search this hoodie on Google and the blank sells for roughly $36 to $45. That is a plain hoodie, no logo, and most of those prices are before GST.

So you get a finished, embroidered hoodie for a few dollars more than the blank costs elsewhere, with a free pre-press check and mock-up before you pay a cent.
Why the price drops as you order more
Both the garment and the decoration have quantity breaks at 1 to 4, 5 to 19, 20 to 49, 50 to 99 and 100 to 249 units. Setup and handling are fixed per job, so they spread thinner across a bigger run. The price you see on screen updates live as you change quantities, and the break applies to the total units of that product across all sizes and colours. From 250 units we quote every job by hand, because at that volume a custom price beats any flat online rate.
What you will not find in the price
- No charge for the pre-press check or the mock-up, on any quantity.
- No charge for revisions to the mock-up.
- No margin on freight. We pass on the carrier's rate.
- No minimum on embroidery or DTF. Order one if that is what you need.
